Kerick Tejada posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has become a key player for LaSalle Academy: the team is 4-2 when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-5 otherwise.
