Spring Lake had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Reeths-Puffer Rockets as they made off with a 4-1 victory. Given Spring Lake's advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 34th, while Reeths-Puffer are ranked 229th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Spring Lake's win bumped their record up to 11-6-2. As for Reeths-Puffer, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-13.

As of now, neither Spring Lake nor the Rockets have any future games scheduled.
