At the plate, Rancocas Valley saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Vallee, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Bishop Eustace Prep entered their tilt with Moorestown on Wednesday with 14 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 15. They blew past the Quakers 15-3. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since April 23, 2024, but that streak is no more.
Carson Brandt and Brandon Hartman dominated on the mound. Brandt pitched three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits, while Hartman pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, Hartman posted three strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April.
On the hitting side, Roman Faiola was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in May of 2025. JJ McLaughlin was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Bishop Eustace Prep's win bumped their record up to 18-3-1. As for Rancocas Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 15-7-1.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Friday as neither team is afraid to steal. Rancocas Valley has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.9 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Bishop Eustace Prep struggles in that department as they've been averaging 2.7 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
