There's no place like home for St. Benedict's Prep, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 81-62 win over the Seton Hall Prep Pirates on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Gray Bees: when they faced off against the Pirates last Saturday, they had to take a 70-66 defeat.

Several Pirates players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Connor Herring, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 15 boards. Those 15 rebounds gave Herring a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Avery George, who posted 12 points.

St. Benedict's Prep's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-13. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 80.3 points over those games. As for Seton Hall Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 18-6.
