Weber is 9-1 against Layton since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Warriors will be playing at home against the Lancers at 3:30 p.m. Layton took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Weber, who comes in off a win.

Weber is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Utah's top teams: Syracuse, who was ranked 23rd at the time (Weber was ranked sixth). The Warriors walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Titans last Friday. Weber's winning goal came courtesy of Trey Jones.

Meanwhile, Layton didn't have quite enough to beat Fremont last Friday and fell 2-1. Layton haven't had much luck with Fremont recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Weber pushed their record up to 8-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those five contests. As for Layton, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Weber skirted past Layton 2-1 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Lancers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
