Freedom will be defending their home turf for the first time on Thursday when they go up against Windsor in at Freedom Hs at 5:00 PM. Windsor will be strutting in after a win while Freedom will be stumbling in from a loss.
Freedom had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. Last Thursday, they lost to Turlock by a decisive 7-27 margin.
Windsor had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They snuck past Casa Grande with a 16-12 victory.
Freedom's defeat took them down to 0-1 while Windsor's triumph pulled them up to write [team] current record. A win for Freedom would reverse both their bad luck and Windsor's good luck. We'll see if Freedom manages to pull off that tough task or if Windsor keeps their momentum going instead.
