STEAM Academy at McCluer South Berkeley was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Normandy on Tuesday. The Bulldogs blew past the Vikings 11-2. With that win, the Bulldogs brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

Ladarius Garman was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. Garman was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

In other batting news, STEAM Academy at McCluer South Berkeley got a massive performance out of Duecy Mason, who scored two runs and stole four bases while going 2-for-3.
