Perhaps the best among them was Naslynn Morris, who scored two points along with eight rebounds and two steals. Morris has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last 11 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Hadleigh White, who scored four points along with two steals.
This is the second loss in a row for Fernandina Beach and nudges their season record down to 5-7. As for Trinity Catholic, they pushed their record up to 9-5 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home.
Fernandina Beach will take on Baker County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Baker County will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak. As for Trinity Catholic, they will face off against Buchholz at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
