After losing to Bethlehem Christian Academy the last time they met, Evangel Christian decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Evangel Christian Lightning walked away with  a   7-4  victory over the Bethlehem Christian Academy Knights  on Saturday.
 ZAC GROSSMANN made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he  struck out six batters over  six innings while giving up  four earned runs off   six  hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent  recently: he hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing  Two bases. while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. Those  two  stolen bases gave  him a new career-high.
 GROSSMANN wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  two players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  RALEY CURTIS, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-4. Another  was  TREY HOPE, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances.

Evangel Christian's win was  their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 10-1.
