Even though the White Mountain Wolves scored an imposing 73 points on Friday, the Anthony Andrews Storm still came out on top. Anthony Andrews enjoyed a cozy 90-73 victory over White Mountain. The win made it back-to-back wins for Anthony Andrews.
Several Wolves players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jadyn Barr, who scored 24 points. Kaden Adams was another key contributor, scoring 21 points.
Anthony Andrews' victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for White Mountain, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 0-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Anthony Andrews won't have much time to rest: their next game is against White Mountain at 5:00 p.m. on January 13th. As for White Mountain, they will head out on the road to face off against Koyuk Malimiut at 9:00 p.m. on Friday. Koyuk Malimiut comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
