Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Central). They took their game on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 39-0 win over the Cedartown Bulldogs. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Lions as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Central's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 4-9. As for Cedartown, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.

Coincidentally, Central and Cedartown will both be playing Harris County the next time they take the field. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Lions will play them later in the day, at 8:00 p.m.
