The Fuchs Mizrachi Mayhem posted their biggest victory yet this season on Monday. They blew past Westside Christian Academy 74-54. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Fuchs Mizrachi also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.
When it comes to explaining why Westside Christian Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Nate Taylor. Despite the final result, he scored 21 points along with six rebounds. Taylor continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Brandon Biederman, who scored six points along with five rebounds and two steals.
The victory got Fuchs Mizrachi back to even at 5-5. As for Westside Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.
Fuchs Mizrachi will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Grand River Academy at 6:00 p.m. on February 8th. As for Westside Christian Academy, they will play host again and welcome Andrews Osborne Academy, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
