Homestead won the last time they faced Port Washington and things went their way on Friday too. The Homestead Highlanders put the hurt on the Port Washington Pirates with a sharp 62-36 win. The Highlanders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Homestead's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-1. As for Port Washington, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.

Homestead won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Pewaukee at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Pewaukee knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Homestead likes a good challenge.
