The Live Oak Acorns lost a heartbreaker when they last took the court, but unfortunately for them the  defeat they were handed on  on Friday was a bit more commanding. They ended up on the wrong side of a  rough 74-54 walloping at the hands of Ann Sobrato. The  defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Live Oak in their matchups with Ann Sobrato: they've now lost six in a row.
 When it comes to explaining why Live Oak lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Austin Jennings. Despite the final result, he  scored 33 points along with eight  rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Jennings has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Lukas Marcheschi, who  scored five points along with eight  rebounds and two  blocks.
 Live Oak has  been struggling recently as they've  lost seven of their last eight contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 5-19 record  this season. As for Ann Sobrato,  the  win  got them back to even at 12-12.
 Live Oak does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Ann Sobrato also has no future games currently scheduled.
