The Kingman Academy Tigers waltzed into their game on Wednesday with three straight wins but they left with four. They came out on top against Trivium Prep by a score of 43-31. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Kingman Academy also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2023.
Taylee Mote continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 27 points and 23 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Madison Hatchell, who scored four points along with seven rebounds and six assists.
Kingman Academy pushed their record up to 7-5 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Trivium Prep, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 1-10-1 record this season.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Arizona Lutheran Academy the next time they take the court. Trivium Prep will host Arizona Lutheran Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Kingman Academy will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
