Farragut had won three straight at home, but on Monday they bumped their record up to 11-6 to make it four. They blew past the Westinghouse Warriors 12-2. Considering the Admirals have won ten matches by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Ben DeMateo was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has become a key player for Farragut: the team is 9-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 2-5 otherwise.
