On Friday Albia take on Sigourney-Keota at 7:00 PM. The odds don't look promising for Albia, but the bigger the opponent is, the harder they fall.
The match between Albia and Chariton last week was not a total blowout, but with Albia falling 14-31, it was darn close.
Meanwhile, Sigourney-Keota made easy work of Lynnville-Sully and carried off a 44-18 victory.
Sigourney-Keota's win lifted them to 1-1 while Albia's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll see if Sigourney-Keota's success rolls on or if Albia are able to steal their positive momentum.
