Tonasket put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Liberty Bell Mountain Lions as Tonasket made off with a 17-2 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 19-9 on Saturday.

Tonasket got a massive performance out of Ali Nicholson, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those four RBI gave Nicholson a new career-high. Kerrington Johansen was another key player, scoring four runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

Tonasket was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .462. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .346 or higher in three consecutive matchups.

Tonasket pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average this season. As for Liberty Bell, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

We've got a battle between Tigers coming up. As for Liberty Bell, they will welcome River View at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Liberty Bell will need to watch out since River View has now posted at least ten runs every time they've taken the field this season.
