Meanwhile, North Sanpete posted their closest win since May 10, 2024 on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 victory over Manti. The win continues a trend for the Hawks in their matchups with the Templars: they've now won six in a row.

Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Thursday. Richfield hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.5 home runs per game. However, it's not like North Sanpete struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 0.9 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
Richfield couldn't quite get it done against North Sanpete in their previous meeting back in March as they fell 12-7. Can the Wildcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
