Prattville Christian Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Alabama Rankings (they are ranked 211th, while American Christian Academy is ranked 86th).
Prattville Christian Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell 56-43 to Wilcox Central.
Meanwhile, American Christian Academy had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 64-55 victory over Hale County on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back wins for American Christian Academy.
Eric Hines was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 14 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Justin Michael Allen, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Prattville Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 15-14. As for American Christian Academy, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-8.
Prattville Christian Academy might still be hurting after the 69-45 defeat they got from American Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in February of 2018.
