Baseball Recap: Window Rock Takes a Loss

The Window Rock Fighting Scouts lost 11-5 to the Tohatchi Cougars on Wednesday.

Xavier Young was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with six stolen bases and two runs. He has become a key player for Window Rock: the team is 5-2 when he posts at least two runs, but 3-11 otherwise. Logan Perry was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Window Rock's loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Tohatchi, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-6.

Window Rock didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 11-4 defeat against Ganado on the 25th. Tohatchi does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
