That result was just more of the same for these two, as Dallas Christian also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Macie Perkins was her usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double on 13 points and nine rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as she's now posted two or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Chanel Jones, who scored 11 points.
Dallas Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Vanguard College Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 15-9.
Dallas Christian will look to defend their home court on Friday against McKinney Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. McKinney Christian Academy is coming into the game with five straight victories on the road, meaning Dallas Christian will have to defend against a team hungry for a win. As for Vanguard College Prep, they will challenge Brook Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Brook Hill will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Vanguard College Prep surely won't give up without a fight.
