Ridgeland-Hardeeville got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jaden Exley out in front who scored 21 points along with 6 rebounds and 3 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Exley has scored at least 25% of Ridgeland-Hardeeville's points. Another player making a difference was Denasia Haynes, who scored 11 points along with 8 rebounds.
May River's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Ridgeland-Hardeeville, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. May River will face off against Beaufort at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ridgeland-Hardeeville, they will head out on the road to face off against Battery Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
