Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chippewa Valley). They took down the South Lake Cavaliers 67-48 on Monday. The victory was familiar territory for the Big Reds, who have now won eight matchups in a row.

Chippewa Valley pushed their record up to 17-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.7 points over those games. As for South Lake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chippewa Valley will face off against Berkley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Chippewa Valley's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six games. As for South Lake, they will head out to face off against East Kentwood at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
