For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Berean Baptist Academy and Mintz Christian Academy meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Saturday. The Bulldogs lost 3-0 to the Lions. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

While Berean Baptist Academy was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Mintz Christian Academy's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-12, 25-14.
