Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Highmore/Harrold). They took their game on Saturday with ease, bagging a 66-36 win over the Langford Lions. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Pirates have posted since January 16, 2024.

Despite the loss, Langford still got an impressive performance from Kassen Keough, who posted 18 points. That was a full 50% of Langford's points, marking the 12th time in a row Keough has earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Conner Glines, who had eight points and six boards.

Highmore/Harrold's win bumped their record up to 4-13. As for Langford, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season.

Highmore/Harrold will be playing at home against Herreid/Selby at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Highmore/Harrold is facing Herreid/Selby at the right time seeing as Herreid/Selby is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Langford, they will venture away from home to face off against Waverly/South Shore at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
