Clarksville Christian ended up on the wrong side of a rough 57-35 walloping at the hands of South Haven Christian. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Clarksville Christian in their matchups with South Haven Christian: they've now lost seven in a row.
Clarksville Christian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kreid Smith, who scored four points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cyler Middleton, who scored eight points along with five rebounds.
Clarksville Christian has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-10 record this season. As for South Haven Christian, they pushed their record up to 10-4 with that win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Clarksville Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Foundation Christian Academy at 7:15 p.m. on January 19th. As for South Haven Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Pleasant View Christian at 7:30 p.m. on January 16th.
