While Whites Creek didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-7), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They breezed past the Greenbrier Bobcats to the tune of 40-6 on Friday. Considering the Cobras have won three contests by more than 29 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Whites Creek found their leader in sophomore Deon Barnes, who threw for 206 yards and three TDs while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also rushed for 67 yards. Prince Foster was another key player, rushing for 79 yards and one touchdown on only six carries.

Whites Creek was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 234 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

The win keeps Whites Creek at an undefeated 4-0. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 41.5 points this season. As for Greenbrier, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Whites Creek wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 20-14 win against Liberty Creek on the 19th. As for Greenbrier, they have also already played their next match, a 38-0 loss against Portland on the 18th.
