Carter Pabst Crosses Big Stat Threshold
On Friday, Eisenhower got the W thanks in part to Carter Pabst playing the best football he has all season. Pabst picked up 154 receiving yards and five touchdowns. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 2.3 receiving touchdowns per game.
Arkansas City's probably not too fond of Pabst given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Pabst saw the Bulldogs), he picked up 129 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Eisenhower was led to victory by Derek Morgan, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Erik Olivas produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Goddard to the win on Friday. Olivas rushed for 164 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 64 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
The win (which was Goddard's fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1. Olivas and Goddard will look to defend their home field on Friday against Arkansas City at 7:00 p.m.

Andover Central found a leader in Maddox Archibald as the team took down Salina Central on Friday. Salina Central had no answer to Archibald as he rushed for 147 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.6 yards per carry. Archibald's longest rush was for an incredible 71 yards.
A feisty cat fight will be fought when Jaguars dukes it out withEisenhower at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time Archibald took on the Tigers, he rushed for 103 yards and a touchdown. Can he match (or beat) that performance?

Makai Tagatac produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Eisenhower to the win on Friday. Tagatac wasn't messing around, picking up three sacks, making nine total tackles, and defending a pass. The matchup was his third straight with six or more total tackles dating back to last season.
On the year, Tagatac has averaged 8 total tackles per game and for the season has 5 sacks. He is looking even better than he did last year: after six games last season, he had 2.5 sacks.
