The Franklin Classical School Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 24 points or more this season. Everything went their way against Lancaster Christian Academy on Thursday as Franklin Classical School made off with a 72-48 victory. The win was familiar territory for Franklin Classical School who now have eight in a row.
Lancaster Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Josh Whitt, who scored 12 points. The matchup was Whitt's ninth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dizzle Bragg, who scored ten points.
Franklin Classical School's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.0 points per game. As for Lancaster Christian Academy, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-2.
Franklin Classical School will head out on the road to face off against McLean County at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Lancaster Christian Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Holloway at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
