IDEA Riverview's defeat was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-6. As for Progreso, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.
IDEA Riverview was dealt a bruising 66-33 loss at the hands of Progreso when the teams last played back in January of 2023. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point IDEA Riverview was down 47-16.
