Taylah Leaphart was Ridge Spring-Monetta's leading scorer, having posted eight points.
Kennedy Ligons held things down on the boards with 11 rebounds. She took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with four assists.
Ridge Spring-Monetta's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 4-7. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 27.3 points per game. As for Hunter-Kinard-Tyler, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.
