Fletcher needed a changed in momentum after dropping five straight games and they got it from McCarthy Crenshaw. The Senators had just enough and edged out the Palatka Panthers 58-56 thanks in part to Crenshaw, who went 11-for-18 en route to 25 points and six boards. He is becoming a predictor of Fletcher's success: when he posts at least 15 points the team is 4-1 (and 4-11 when he doesn't).

Fletcher's win bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Palatka, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fletcher will welcome Riverside at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Senators will be up against the Generals' rather soft defense (which has allowed 54.19 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Palatka, they will take on Joshua Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Eagles have now posted at least 55 points in their last three games.
