Christ Chapel Academy came into Friday's match looking for another win against The Carmel School, but Kedelin Santos wouldn't allow it. The Carmel School Wildcats walked away with a 54-47 victory over Christ Chapel Academy on Friday for which the team can thank Santos, who dropped a double-double with 32 points and ten rebounds. Her big performance that morning made it 19 games in a row in which she has scored at least 17 points.

Another player making a difference was April Twum-Barimah, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 18 boards. She has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more rebounds the last three times she's played.

The Carmel School has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.2 points over those games. Christ Chapel Academy's loss dropped their record down to 15-9.

The Carmel School has already played their next contest, a 51-45 defeat against Brunswick Academy on the 1st. Christ Chapel Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
