They had to suffer through a rough 75-30 loss at the hands of San Diego Jewish Academy. Guajome Park Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 46-13.
Leading San Diego Jewish Academy to victory were Ethan Abeles and Jacob Rissman. Abeles scored 17 points along with five rebounds and four steals, while Rissman dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds. Abeles is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of David Feigenbaum, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and five assists.
Guajome Park Academy has not been sharp recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for San Diego Jewish Academy, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-9.

As for San Diego Jewish Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Tri-City Christian at 6:30 p.m. Tri-City Christian is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.
