It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-50, which was the final score in Hale's tilt against East Central on Friday. The state rankings had actually given Hale a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
The loss dropped Hale's record to 1-0. The win got East Central back to even at 0-0.
In two weeks, Hale take on Skiatook at 7:00 PM. East Central will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Stilwell at 7:00 PM.
