Even though they lost, Falls City didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and finished the game with eight strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Omaha South only tossed four.
Meanwhile, Auburn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 4-1 to Lincoln Christian.
Falls City's record is now 2-9. As for Auburn, their record is now 2-8.
