There's no place like home for Logan, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Friday. They put the hurt on the St. Albans Red Dragons with a sharp  6-0 victory on Saturday. Considering the Wildcats have won six matches by more than five  runs this season, Saturday's  blowout was nothing new.
Not much got past  Myleigh Adkins, who gave up just  a  hit and racked up 12 Ks to keep St. Albans off the board. Adkins has been consistent: she hasn't  tossed less than eight  strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Lacy Curry, who  went 2-for-3 with three  runs and one  double. The team also got some help courtesy of  Lauren Adkins, who  went 1-for-2 with two  RBI and one  double.
Logan has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record  this season. Those  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for St. Albans,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 8-7.
 Logan wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  game,  a  4-3  victory against Roane County on the 21st.
