Camp Verde extended their home winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Jordan McMahon-Fullmer. The Camp Verde Cowboys walked away with an 88-79 victory over the Madison Highland Prep Heat on Friday thanks in part to McMahon-Fullmer, who shot 4-for-5 from deep and dropped a double-double with 49 points and 13 boards. He has been hot, having posted eight or more rebounds the last seven times he's played.
Despite the defeat, Madison Highland Prep saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Roy Chavez went 11 of 15 en route to 27 points in addition to eight assists and three steals.
