In what's become a running theme this season, Canyon View gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Monday. They blew past the Juab Wasps 13-4. The  win was a breath of fresh air for Canyon View as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
  Elli John spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned  (and one unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up six Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in 11 consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate, Canyon View got a  massive  performance out of  Gracie Burt, who  went 3-for-4 with a  home run, three  runs,  and three  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Saige Hancock, who  went 3-for-5 with a  home run, three  runs,  and two  RBI.
 On Juab's side,  Dusti Draper made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 2-for-4 with a  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI.
 Canyon View's victory bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Juab, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost seven of their last nine contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 12-8 record  this season.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Canyon View will  face off against Richfield at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Juab, they are on the road again  on Tuesday to play North Sanpete at 3:30  p.m.
