Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hobbs). They put the hurt on the West Las Vegas Dons with a sharp 12-3 victory on Thursday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Eagles as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Hobbs' victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for West Las Vegas, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.

Hobbs has already played their next matchup, a 15-14 win against IDEA Rio Vista College Preparatory on the 21st. As for West Las Vegas, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 11-0 victory against Melrose on the 21st.
