Stratford came tearing into Friday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.4 points) and they left with even more momentum. They breezed by the Northbrook Raiders to the tune of 57-20. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Spartans also won the last time the pair played back in January.

Stratford's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-7. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 26.2 points. As for Northbrook, they now have a losing record at 5-6.

Stratford will take on Jersey Village in a holiday battle at at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Jersey Village has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Northbrook, they will be home for the holidays to greet Cypress Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cypress Falls knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Northbrook likes a good challenge.
