Clements had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Falkville on Monday. Everything went the Clements Colts' way against the Falkville Blue Devils as the Clements Colts made off with a 15-5 win. The result was nothing new for the Colts, who have now won four matches by ten runs or more so far this season.

Grayson Borden was excellent, scoring a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Wyatt Albriton was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one RBI.

Clements always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .543. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Falkville only posted an OBP of .370.

Clements' victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Falkville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Clements will venture away from home to face off against Shoals Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Falkville, they will host Columbia at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
