Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Warren). They blew past the Sierra Vista Dons 83-47 on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bears.

Warren got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Lucas Osuna out in front who went 9 for 11 on his way to 22 points. The dominant performance gave Osuna a new career-high in points. Jay'Mari Redmond was another key player, going 6 of 9 on his way to 12 points along with eight assists and six boards.

Warren was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sierra Vista only racked up 11 assists.

Sierra Vista's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Ethan Guevara, who went 7 of 12 en route to 16 points and eight rebounds, and Aaron Buna, who went 5 of 12 on his way to 17 points. The contest was Buna's third in a row with at least ten points.

Warren now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Sierra Vista, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Warren will head out to challenge Downey at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sierra Vista, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Garey at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Sierra Vista is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.5 points per game this season.
