Biloxi took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 16-0 margin over the Gautier Gators. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Gators recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.
Kya Gammons looked comfortable as she didn't allow a single earned run and only two hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched.
At the plate, Aubrey Atchison was incredible, going 2-for-4 with four runs, two triples, and three RBI. Gabbie Billings was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-2.
Biloxi always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .576. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Gautier only posted an OBP of .071.
