Eastwood didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Brock Messinger, Schumaker, Andre Lewis, and Kevin Lewis picked up one apiece.
Eastwood pushed their record up to 10-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Archbold, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.
Eastwood will square off against Norwayne at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Norwayne will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Eastwood surely won't give up without a fight. Archbold does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
