Argenta-Oreana has been on the road for two straight, but on Monday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Cerro Gordo/Bement Broncos at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Tuesday, Argenta-Oreana was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 33-28 to the Lions.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Cerro Gordo/Bement, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 48-33 loss to the Purple Riders on Thursday.
Argenta-Oreana has traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-18 record this season. As for Cerro Gordo/Bement, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-11.
Argenta-Oreana was taken down by the Broncos 44-16 in their previous matchup back in January of 2023. Thankfully for Argenta-Oreana, Haley Garrett (who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 13 rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
