The biggest upset of the week belonged to Centerville, who took down 45th ranked Centerville, 27-21.
Beavercreek moved up to 111 from 143 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Greater Western Ohio - Central. The Beavers were able to make move up by beating the Elks 27-21.
Beavercreek's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Beavers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Michael Berry has thrown for 35 yards and one touchdown this season, while Alex Arias has two catches for 18 yards. Travis McAfee leads the league in rushing with 222 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Wayne takes on second place Northmont. Last week, Wayne topped Fairmont, while Northmont bested Springfield.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when the Thunderbolts take on the Warriors. Northmont has allowed 158 points this season, while Wayne has given up 113. The Thunderbolts allowed 13 points last week as they topped the Wildcats.
Beavercreek and Centerville played the most hotly contested game in Greater Western Ohio - Central this week, with Beavercreek eventually emerging with a 27-21 victory.
