It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Westville Blackhawks can now relate to. They fell to the Dragons 47-43. Westville has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Samantha Redinger continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Argos, scoring 34 points along with seven rebounds. That makes it 22 consecutive games in which Redinger has scored at least a third of Argos' points. The team also got some help courtesy of Morgyn Barcus, who scored six points along with four steals.
Westville has not been sharp recently as the team's lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Argos, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-12.
Westville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Argos will face off against the Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Indiana (Triton is ranked 249th, while the Dragons are ranked 258th).
