Williamsburg (Ohio) jumped out to an early lead against
Bethel-Tate (Bethel, Ohio) and never looked back on the way to a 49-28 victory on Saturday.

WHS was up 21-14 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown run by Hall in the first quarter.
The Wildcats expanded their lead to 21 points entering the fourth quarter. Williamsburg scored two times in the third, including once on a
Josh Gerlock touchdown run.
Austin Iker played well for the Tigers. The senior running back ran for one touchdown.
WHS's most effective player was
Lane Edmisten. The junior wide receiver ran for two touchdowns.
The Wildcats also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 49-7.
The win was a nice bounce back for Williamsburg, which lost to Batavia last week, 48-20. The defeat comes as a step back for Bethel-Tate, which notched a 36-31 victory over Clermont Northeastern in its previous outing.
Bethel-Tate (2-5) will play a Southern Buckeye - National game against Batavia next week, while Williamsburg (2-5) will take on Clermont Northeastern also in a Southern Buckeye - National game.
